| Course Description | This course provides a general introduction to the equipment, practices, and technchology commonly used on Midwest farms and the agriculture industry. |

| Course Objectives | At the conclusion of this course students should have a basic understanding of farming operations including tractors, combines, tillage, forage harvesting, grain handling, pesticide application, soil fertility management and precision agriculture. |
