Course Description	Lecture: Cytogenetic analyses of eukaryotic organisms. Consideration of the role of genome organization in evolution. Cytogenetic Laboratory Techniques Covered include: Mitotic Analyses in Animals and Plants Chromosome Banding of both Animal and Plant Chromosomes Flow Cytogenetics Somatic Cell Genetics Chromosomal Length Polymorphisms FISH, GISH and Chromosome Painting
