My research interests are focused on the efficiency, profitability, and environmental impact of conventional and alternate cropping systems in the central Corn Belt. I place particular emphasis on application of quantitative methods such as mathematical growth analysis and spatial statistics to provide insight and answers to problems. Much of my research is currently centered around the statistical aspects of site specific management and precision farming.
